Stockley Park was the UK’s first and most successful business park. Situated close to Heathrow Airport in west London it is now home to over 25 businesses employing in excess of 8,000 people. Kajima is currently the largest shareholder in the Stockley Park Consortium, which developed the first two phases of the park. Acting as development managers for the Stockley Park Consortium, Kajima secured a successful planning consent for the final phase of development on the park in 2011, Phase 3, comprising 750,000 ft² of office, datacentre, hotel and amenity uses on a 30-acre mature landscaped site.
