The Grove is a prominent building situated at the corner of Marylebone Road & Lisson Grove and next to the listed Marylebone Grammar School building. It was developed as offices in the 1980s in the post modern style and purchased by Kajima in 1989.

The building was transformed in 2011-12 under a comprehensive refurbishment conceived and designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris (AHMM). The common and external areas were comprehensively revised and completely new services were installed to create a contemporary, smart and sustainable working environment.
