STOCKLEY PARK PHASE 3 PLANNING PERMISSION GRANTED

Stockley Park Consortium is pleased to confirm that the London Borough of Hillingdon, at a planning committee meeting on 13 July 2010, resolved to grant consent to a fresh planning application for the third and final phase of Stockley Park.

The third phase, to be known as Stockley Park Phase 3, will include a hotel of up to 450 beds alongside the previously planned office and data centre uses.  The total developed area is expected to be over 750,000 sq ft. The plan builds on the respected Stockley tradition of supporting local employment, improving public transport and enhancing the local environment.

Stockley Park Director John Harcourt said: “This is an exciting milestone in the park’s development.  Stockley Park is Greater London’s largest and best known business park and remains at the forefront of development thinking.  We will now be advancing discussions with occupiers to whom we can offer a combination of the latest in building design and sustainability coupled with extensive adjacent amenities, a hotel and good rail access to central London.”

Although no date is yet set for commencement of construction, the infrastructure for Phase 3 has already been built and the first buildings could be complete as soon as Q4 2012.
