GROVE HOUSE REDEVELOPMENT IMAGERY

With the refurbishment of Grove House well underway, Kajima Properties have released new computer generated images showing how the building will look once its comprehensive refurbishment is complete.

AHMM Architects have envisaged a clean and thorough refresh of the 1980’s design that successfully de-clutters the exterior of the building whilst delivering high quality internal space. “With the strip-out now complete it is exciting to be able to start to see how the space will look when it’s finished in the autumn”, said John Harcourt of Kajima Properties. “The design team were given the brief to reinvigorate the building and these CGIs really do show how good the space will be when complete”. Grove House will provide approximately 25,000 sq ft of comprehensively refurbished office accommodation arranged over ground and 6 upper floors, and is targeting a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ award. DTZ and Edward Charles & Partners have been appointed as letting agents.
