Céline, the fashion house headed by Phoebe Philo and part of French luxury superbrand LVMH, have signed a lease for their first stand alone UK boutique at 103 Mount Street, Mayfair W1. 

The double fronted 6,000 sq ft unit is arranged over ground and basement floors and its letting sets a new rental record for the street of £400 psf ITZA.

The street, which has recently seen significant investment by the Grosvenor Estate to create a harmonious shopping environment, is firmly established as London’s premier super-luxury retail destination and Céline joins Christian Louboutin, Balenciaga and Marc Jacobs on the street. This deal cements the street’s reputation and significantly enhances the value of both 103 Mount Street and Mount Street itself.
