Kajima Partnerships, with their development partner Genr8, are pleased to announce that Rochdale Borough Council have approved the development agreement for a major regeneration in the heart of Rochdale, paving the way for the 300,000 square feet retail and leisure scheme to proceed.

The development will create a pedestrian-friendly gateway to the town centre, and provide a link with the newly completed Civic Centre as well as the Metrolink and bus interchange, both of which are under construction.
