KAJIMA PARTNERSHIPS’ ACQUISITION IN WHITEGATE HEALTH CENTRE

Kajima Partnerships Limited (KPL) announced today that it has acquired, in conjunction with one of its long-standing joint venture partners HICL (InfraRed Capital Partners-managed fund), a 100% interest in Whitegate Health Centre, Blackpool for a total consideration of just under £1 million (KPL’s share).

Whitegate Health Centre, the first Primary Care Centre in Blackpool to open in November 2009, is a £20 million state-of-the-art centre and contains a wide range of services including a state of the art X-ray suite and MRA scanner, a pharmacy, an operating theatre for minor surgical procedures, physiotherapy and Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services.
