The project involves the construction of 390 new extra care apartments at a total capital cost of over GBP 60m across three sites around Stroke-on-Trent in northwest England, namely Blurton, Abbey Hulton and Westcliffe.  Works are due to start today on two sites and completion of all three sites is scheduled on a phased basis commencing January 2016.

Morton Corbitt, Director of Sapphire said ”we are delighted to have been appointed to deliver and manage these new extra care housing facilities and we look forward to continuing to build an excellent long term partnership with all stakeholders in the local community so that we can maximise the benefits that local people will receive from this scheme”.
