STOCKLEY PARK CONSORTIUM SELLS 30 ACRE PHASE 3 SITE TO PROLOGIS

The Stockley Park Consortium Limited, a joint venture between Kajima Europe Ltd, M&G Real Estate and Duelguide, announces it has sold its holding in Phase 3, a 30 acre site to the west of the earlier phases of Stockley Park, to Prologis.

Kajima has been involved in Stockley Park since the late 1980’s, since when over one million square feet of offices by some of the world’s finest architects plus associated landscaping and amenities have been developed. Stockley Park’s success is evident in it now being home to some of the largest and most successful companies in the world including Apple, Canon, Marks & Spencer and IMG.

Prologis is proposing a mixed light industrial and distribution development for the site and will submit a planning application to Hillingdon Borough Council early in the New Year. As part of its proposals, Prologis will work with the Council on a new scheme to bring around 40 acres of additional land close to the Stockley Park site into the public realm.
