Kajima Partnerships and its joint venture partner, HICL Infrastructure Company, have increased their stake in the Sheffield Schools Phase 3 PFI project to 100% by buying the remaining 50% from the Kier Group Pension Scheme. The project, which consists of the design, construction, funding, maintenance and operation of two secondary and two primary schools in Sheffield, has been operational since early 2007. Kajima is delighted to be extending its investment in this successful PFI project.
