Kajima is proud to have delivered award winning facilities for both community and government agencies ranging from our latest operational project, Newcastle City Library, to the headquarters of the Health & Safety Executive HQ near Liverpool. Iconic design and sustainability have been key features in all of these projects.

Working in partnership with a range of public sector bodies, we have invested over £100m in the civic sector across the UK. Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do, for example, DEFRA’s new offices in Cambridge brought underutilised brown field sites back into use. These modern facilities have enhanced their surrounding environment and helped to regenerate the local area.

Through our commitment to working in partnership with our clients on a long-term basis, we provide innovative solutions and deliver iconic buildings that transform their local communities and environments. We then maintain our relationships by constantly monitoring the performance of the facilities and their operational service needs through our dedicated Kajima management team.
