In assembling our project teams we seek to work with a limited number of preferred construction & services partners, believing that it takes time and commitment to build solid relationships. Our skill lies in bringing together, for each project, the right partners, supported by appropriately skilled consultants and advisers. Our job is to inspire, manage and lead the whole team in understanding what the client wants and turning this into an effective and efficient building solution.

We enjoy the support of a number of funding & investment partners. A clear understanding of funder requirements and a reputation for reliability are key to securing good value project funding. Because we retain an investment interest in most of our projects we are able to build upon the added advantage of long term relationships with all of our funders.

Our consultants and advisers are similarly chosen with care, having regard to the particular challenges of each project and the interests of the various clients. As with our construction and services partners, we seek to work with a limited number of consultants and advisers, with whom we together build rapport and common experience.
