We have completed five major grouped schools projects in the education sector, investing some £150m across the UK. Working with our clients over both the development phase and then during the longer term occupational period, where through regular liaison with head teachers and school visits our dedicated operational management team ensure that all services are maintained to optimal standards at all times. Our expertise lies in innovatively designed school facilities that become a model for development in the education sector, such as Darlington Education Village and Wooldale Centre for Learning in Northampton. Through our Kajima Community division, we then promote and manage the local community’s use of these schools providing high quality facilities and spaces for local people to use and enjoy.
