Our current focus is on sourcing office opportunities, for ourselves and for our partners, in prime central London locations where there is the potential to add value through asset management or through refurbishment.

Asset and building management is an important part of our business. We provide strategic investment advice to our partners and formulate and agree asset management strategies for each of our buildings. We seek to maintain good relationships with our tenants by providing an excellent building management service.
